  CONFERENCE DINNER
 


Participants to the conference will be invited by the European Commission to the conference dinner which will be held on Thursday, 4th February, 08.00 pm at

The Bacchus Restaurant

Mdina

The Bacchus is set within the fortifications of Mdina, the Noble City of the Knights of Malta. The magnificent architecture ranging from the Roman to the Medieval combine to make The Bacchus a unique venue.
Attendance at dinner must be confirmed via the registration webpage.
A transfer by bus will be organised from the Corinthia Hotel St George’s Bay to The Bacchus Restaurant with a return to the hotel after the dinner.
Departure time: at 19h15 in front of the hotel
Dress code : casual

  INTERPRETATION
 


Throughout the whole conference, including the parallel sessions, translation service will be available in the following languages: English, French, and Spanish.

  POSTER SESSION
 


A poster exhibition is organised by the EAFE in the area of the main conference room in the Corinthia Hotel St George’s Bay.
The participation in the poster exhibition must be confirmed via the registration webpage.

Deadline for submission of the poster abstracts to the EAFE (eafe@univ-brest.fr): 30 December 2015

The acceptance or refusal will be communicated by letter to the participant within the end of December 2015.

Poster dimensions will be standard : A0 format (841 mm x 1189 mm)
